Training & Competency
RASCO employs highly educated NACE-certified corrosion engineers and technicians all located within the Greater Caspian Region. Our personnel have many years of experience in corrosion control, corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection, inspection both locally and internationally.
RASCO operates a progressive programme of mentoring and in-house & external training to ensure that all personnel meet their minimum competencies.
Each individual’s training needs are monitored and agreed between the employee and his/her immediate line manager who also acts as a technical/professional mentor to those persons beneath them.
On the Job training are conducted in all technical and safety aspects of RASCO operations.
Our Corrosion Engineers are also available to train client’s personnel on cathodic protection and corrosion topics.
