Quality Control

RASCO Quality Management System is in accordance to all parts of ISO9001:2008 and company has implemented and maintains plan-do-check-act and continually improve method to it management system. Company's Quality Management System was certified under ISO9001:2008 requirements by UKAS accredited certification body No: 014 Moody International Ltd.

 

Process approach is applied to all company activities. Company management demonstrates its commitment to QMS by declaring its policy which includes commitment to customer satisfaction, compliance with legal and other requirements, improving competence and qualification of staff and continual improvement.

 

Management made all necessary resources available for effective and efficient performance of its quality management system. Management review is company’s essential tool to review QMS performance and set objectives and targets for next years.

 

Document control is in accordance with standard requirements and all company documents identified, reviewed and approved in accordance with documented procedure and it is ensured that only valid documents are available in the points of usage.

 

Management representative is assigned as one of the main requirements of ISO9001-2008, who is responsible to ensure the effective performance of company QMS and advising management in actions to continually improve.

 

Roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined at all levels and introduced via job descriptions, work instructions, company manuals and procedures.

 

Customer satisfaction is important for company and company has implement ted methods to evaluate customer satisfaction and to respond to customer complaints in an effective manner.

 

Supplier evaluation is conducted on a continuous basis and it’s ensured that all equipment/ products supplied are in compliance with company requirements and specifications.  Results of customer satisfaction and supplier evaluation are subject to management review.

 

Training and competency is ensured by planning and providing necessary on the job and external trainings (NACE, SSOW, NEBOSH) for the personnel whose activities directly affects the quality of the services.
